I’ve read a lot of books centered on a few topics. Business development, personal development, spirituality, health, autobiographies, and memoirs. The following list is my growing list of books I think every creative business owner should read at least once.

Every book listed has made me a better businessperson, partner, and human.

Most of the titles of the books are self defining on what the book is generally about. For each book listed, there is a link that will take you straight to Amazon where you can read everything publicly available about the book.

The idea with this list is to help you save time picking what book to read next. If there is something that you don’t know that is preventing you from taking your next step, this list of books will likely contain the that knowledge you are seeking.

This list of books has answers to almost every question a creative business owner could have:

How do I find leads?

How do I market myself?

How do I schedule my time?

How do I prioritize my tasks?

How do I network?

How do I grow an online following?

How do I make money with a website?

How do I brand myself?

Reading has always been my path to success. There have been many successful people in the past who have been happy to lay out their formula. Sometimes with simple step-by-step instructions. They have been my mentors for years. They can mentor you, too.

Here’s my list, in no particular order:
